Upon delivery please inspect your item thoroughly, if you have an issue with the item for any reason contact us and send the product back with the same courier at no extra cost. Should you choose to return the item after the initial delivery, there are two options available. You can cover the return shipping costs and arrange your own courier (please forward any delivery details), or more conveniently utilize our collection service, which incurs a standard fee. The collection fee varies depending on the size of the item (usually same cost as original delivery).
